Standard Service: Local delivery is completed within approximately 90 minutes of scheduling.
Direct Service: Delivery is expedited non-stop to its destination. Double standard rate.
Secondary Service: Local delivery is completed within approximately 3 hours of scheduling. 15% discount off standard rate. Must be called in by 1:30.
Same Day Service: Local, car delivery called in before 10:00 am and available for delivery until 4:30 pm. 25% discount off standard rate.
Surcharges:
Specialty Vehicles: $5.00 charge for SUV or pickup truck, $10.00 for full-size truck, $25.00 for cargo/transit sprinter van or rack truck (with ladder rack).
Weight: $.03 per pound after the first 100 lbs.
Waiting Time: $7.50 per 15 minutes after an initial 10 minutes of waiting time.
Fuel: Charge based on national average fuel price.
Dock High Box Trucks & Flat Beds
Standard Service: Local delivery is completed within approximately 4 hours of scheduling.
Direct Service: Local delivery is completed within approximately 2 hours of scheduling. Double Standard Rate.
Surcharges:
DH Skids: 1 standard skid included in base price. $10.00 for each additional standard skid.
FB Weight: 2000 lbs included in base rate. $1.50 per 100 lbs for additional weight.
Specialty Vehicle Charge: $5.00 fee per delivery.
Liftgate: 2,500 lbs maximum capacity, One time $15.00 charge per pickup & delivery.
Waiting Time: $15.00 per 15 minutes after an initial 15 minutes of waiting time. No free time with hand loading/unloading.
Fuel: Charge based on national average fuel price.
Evenings/Weekends/Holidays: Deliveries scheduled between 4:30PM — 6:30AM Monday — Friday, weekends and holidays will be billed at 1 1/2 direct rate.
Inclement Weather: During inclement weather events, only direct service is available with a minimum charge of $15.00.
Additional Insurance: Additional cargo insurance is available subject to declared value upon scheduling at a rate of $.70 per $100.
Out of Area Service: Rate calculated by mileage. Call for pricing.
